- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium bowl, toss the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the sweet potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd. Cook in batches if necessary.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the sweet potatoes are tender inside and crispy on the outside.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can add a pinch of cornstarch to the coating mixture.
