- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the glaze.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken thighs to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F or 74°C).
- Reduce the heat to low. Pour the prepared glaze over the chicken.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes, turning the chicken to coat it completely in the sauce.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can adjust the amount of hot sauce for your preferred spice level.
- Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness.
