Ingredients

- 4 cups mixed greens

- 1/4 cup toasted walnuts

- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the vinaigrette by whisking together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Place the mixed greens in a large bowl.
- Add the sliced Honeycrisp apples, blue cheese, and toasted walnuts to the greens.
- Pour the vinaigrette over the salad ingredients.
- Gently toss the salad until all components are lightly coated.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Toast the walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until fragrant.
- Substitute goat cheese for blue cheese if you prefer a milder flavor.
