Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken thighs in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit). Lightly oil the grill grates.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting excess drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
