Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Place the salmon cubes in a medium bowl. Pour the honey garlic glaze over the salmon and toss gently to coat evenly.
- Arrange the glazed salmon bites in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions, if using.
