A simple and delicious cake made entirely in a blender.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In the blender, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Blend until well combined.
- Add the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract to the blender.
- Blend until the batter is smooth and no lumps remain. Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- You can add chocolate chips or fruit to the batter before baking for variations.
- Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for best results.
