Description
A simple recipe for grilling pork tenderloin to a juicy finish.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pork tenderloin (about 1 to 1.5 pounds)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Combine olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and thyme in a small bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over the entire surface of the pork tenderloin.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Place the tenderloin on the preheated grill grates.
- Grill for 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit in the thickest part.
- Remove the pork from the grill and let it rest on a cutting board for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Slice against the grain and serve immediately.
Notes
- For best results, use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature.
- You can substitute brown sugar for paprika for a slightly sweeter rub.
