Instructions
- Scrub the potatoes clean and pat them dry.
- Pierce each potato several times with a fork.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 350-400 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Place the potatoes directly on the grill grates.
- Grill for 45 to 60 minutes, turning every 15 minutes, until the potatoes are tender when squeezed.
- Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, wrap the seasoned potatoes loosely in aluminum foil before grilling.
- You can finish the potatoes in the oven if the grill heat is uneven.
