Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sugar snap peas, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Do not let the garlic burn.
  3. Add the trimmed sugar snap peas to the skillet.
  4. Sauté the peas for 3 to 5 minutes until they are bright green and slightly tender-crisp.
  5. Remove the skillet from the heat.
  6. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper over the peas.
  7. Toss everything together until the peas are evenly coated.
  8. Serve immediately.
