Description

Soft bread pieces coated in garlic butter and Parmesan cheese, baked until golden.


Ingredients

  • 1 (13.8 ounce) package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for topping
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese.
  4. Add the biscuit pieces to the butter mixture and toss gently until all pieces are coated.
  5. Arrange the coated biscuit pieces in the prepared baking pan.
  6. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • You can add a pinch of dried Italian seasoning to the butter mixture for extra flavor.
