Ingredients

- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, chives, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature, or up to 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers if desired for easier handling.
- Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
- You can substitute other fresh herbs like dill or thyme.
- Ensure shrimp are not overcooked to maintain tenderness.
