Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.
- While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, cook the chopped bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and toss them with the cooked bacon.
- Serve immediately.
