- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well combined.
- Warm the tortillas slightly.
- Spoon the chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
- Top with shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and diced red onion.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a tablespoon of ranch dressing to the chicken mixture.
- If you don’t have pre-cooked chicken, you can grill or bake chicken breasts and shred them.
