Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well combined.
  2. Warm the tortillas slightly.
  3. Spoon the chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
  4. Top with shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and diced red onion.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly.
  6. Serve immediately.
