- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet.
- Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the crust.
- Distribute the shredded chicken over the sauce.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and red onion over the chicken.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

- You can use leftover cooked chicken for this recipe.
