A quick and easy recipe for baking salmon fillets with lemon and herbs.
Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the fillets.
- Sprinkle the salt, pepper, and dill evenly over the salmon.
- Top each fillet with a few lemon slices.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute dried dill with fresh dill if you have it.
- For extra flavor, add a clove of minced garlic to the oil mixture.
