A quick and easy recipe for baking salmon fillets with lemon and herbs.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the fillets.
  5. Sprinkle the salt, pepper, and dill evenly over the salmon.
  6. Top each fillet with a few lemon slices.
  7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can substitute dried dill with fresh dill if you have it.
