A quick recipe for a sweet spread often called Monkey Butter.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
Instructions
- Combine the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl.
- Beat the mixture with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Stir in the peanut butter until everything is well combined.
- Transfer the spread to an airtight container.

- Store this spread in the refrigerator.
- Allow the spread to sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes before serving for easier spreading.
