Ingredients

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Combine rolled oats, milk, peanut butter, mashed banana, chia seeds, and sweetener (if using) in a jar or container.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Cover the container and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
- In the morning, stir the oats and add a splash more milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
- Serve cold.
Notes
- For a thicker consistency, use less milk.
- Add your favorite toppings like fresh fruit, nuts, or granola before serving.
