A quick and easy snack idea combining garlic bread and pizza flavors.

- 4 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped pepperoni (optional)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter and minced garlic.
- Spread the garlic butter evenly over one side of each bread slice.
- Place the bread slices, butter-side up, on a baking sheet.
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the garlic butter on each slice.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the pizza sauce.
- Add chopped pepperoni, if using, and sprinkle with dried oregano.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread is golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can add other pizza toppings like mushrooms, onions, or bell peppers.
- For a crispier crust, toast the bread lightly before adding the toppings.
