A rich and creamy chicken alfredo bake perfect for a family dinner.
Ingredients

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Return cooked chicken to the skillet. Add the drained fettuccine and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a richer sauce, you can add a splash of milk.
- Feel free to add cooked broccoli or spinach for extra vegetables.
