- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 12 oz bowtie pasta
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook bowtie pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and beef broth. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet. Add the cooked bowtie pasta.
- Toss everything together until the pasta and beef are well coated with the creamy sauce.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately.

- For a richer flavor, use a good quality beef broth.
- Adjust the amount of garlic to your preference.
- Garnish with extra Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
