Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 12 oz bowtie pasta
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook bowtie pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and beef broth. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
  6. Return the cooked beef to the skillet. Add the cooked bowtie pasta.
  7. Toss everything together until the pasta and beef are well coated with the creamy sauce.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in fresh parsley.
  9. Serve immediately.
