- 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the rinsed cannellini beans, crumbled feta cheese, olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
- Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley, if desired.
- Serve with your favorite dippers like pita bread, crackers, or vegetables.
Notes
- For a smoother dip, you can add a tablespoon or two of water while processing.
- Adjust the lemon juice to your preference for tanginess.
