A straightforward recipe for a baked cornbread casserole.

- 1 box (8.5 oz) cornbread mix
- 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (14.75 oz) creamed corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the cornbread mix, whole kernel corn, creamed corn, sour cream, melted butter, and eggs. Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the casserole cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a slightly sweeter casserole, add 1/4 cup of sugar to the batter.
- You can add shredded cheese on top during the last 10 minutes of baking.
