- 1 cup chopped cooked chicken breast
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Instructions
- Place the chopped romaine lettuce in a large bowl.
- Arrange the chicken, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, avocado, and blue cheese in neat rows over the lettuce.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, olive oil, and Dijon mustard.
