- 1 pound chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1/2 pound pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken, pork, and shrimp. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, and white pepper. Toss to coat and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.
- Add marinated meat and shrimp; stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from wok and set aside.
- Add onion, bell peppers, broccoli, and mushrooms to the wok. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add garlic and ginger; stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Return the cooked meat and shrimp to the wok. Add bean sprouts.
- Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through and well combined.
- Serve immediately over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes with the garlic and ginger.
- You can substitute any vegetables you prefer, such as snap peas, carrots, or water chestnuts.
- Ensure your wok is very hot before adding ingredients for best stir-fry results.
