Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced avocado, chopped red onion, and chopped cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice and olive oil.

- Gently toss to combine all ingredients.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

- For extra crunch, add some chopped celery or bell pepper.
