Description

A quick dessert made with cherry pie filling and yellow cake mix.


Ingredients

  • 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
  • 1 cup all-purpose yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Spread the cherry pie filling evenly in the bottom of an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the cherry filling.
  4. Distribute the pieces of cold butter over the top of the cake mix layer.
  5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  6. Let the cobbler cool slightly before serving.
