A comforting and easy cheesy chicken broccoli rice casserole.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, cooked rice, steamed broccoli, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, and milk.
- Stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter and breadcrumbs.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the casserole.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
Notes
- You can use leftover cooked chicken.
- Ensure broccoli is tender but not mushy.
- Adjust milk for desired consistency.
