- 3 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the banana slices to the skillet in a single layer.
- Cook for 2 minutes until the bottoms start to brown.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the bananas.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, gently turning the bananas once, until the sugar dissolves and forms a sauce.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Serve immediately.
