Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.

  3. Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
  4. Bake the crust for 15 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
  5. Remove the crust from the oven and immediately pour the caramel sauce evenly over the hot crust.
  6. Sprinkle the crushed Butterfinger candy bars over the caramel layer.
  7. Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Let the bars cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.

Notes
