Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour the brownie batter into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with moist crumbs attached.
- Let the pie cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
Notes
- You can add 1/2 cup of chocolate chips to the batter for extra richness.
