Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, water or plant milk, and salt in a small saucepan.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed and the oats are creamy.
  4. Remove from heat. Stir in maple syrup and cinnamon.
  5. Serve immediately.
