Make a quick, dairy-free frozen dessert using only frozen bananas and blueberries.

- 3 large frozen bananas, sliced
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons milk (dairy or non-dairy)
Instructions
- Place the frozen banana slices and frozen blueberries into a strong food processor or high-speed blender.
- Add the milk.
- Process the mixture, stopping frequently to scrape down the sides.
- Continue processing until the mixture becomes smooth and resembles soft-serve ice cream. This may take several minutes.
- Serve immediately for a soft texture, or transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 30 minutes for a firmer texture.
Notes
- For a thicker result, use less liquid or add a few more frozen blueberries.
- If your blender struggles, let the fruit sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before blending.
