- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Sprinkle the chopped spinach and Swiss cheese evenly over the bottom of the unbaked pie crust.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Pour the egg mixture slowly over the spinach and cheese in the crust.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Let the quiche cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can substitute Gruyere cheese for Swiss cheese for a different flavor.
- For a richer flavor, use half-and-half instead of milk.
