Ingredients

  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Hard-boiled eggs, chopped (optional)
  • Paprika for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, celery, onion, relish, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cooked macaroni to the bowl and mix well.
  4. If using, gently fold in chopped hard-boiled eggs.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  6. Garnish with paprika before serving, if desired.
