Ingredients

  • 1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk, chilled overnight
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Scoop the solid cream from the top of the chilled coconut milk can into a blender.
  2. Add the almond milk and maple syrup to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  5. Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm.

Notes

  • For a firmer ice cream, you can reduce the almond milk slightly.
