Description

Quickly cook tender steak pieces and mushrooms in the air fryer for a simple meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 8 ounces cremini mushrooms, halved or quartered
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the steak cubes and mushrooms in a medium bowl.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit (195 degrees Celsius) for 3 minutes.
  4. Place the steak and mushroom mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if necessary. Do not overcrowd the basket.
  5. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the steak reaches your desired doneness.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For medium-rare steak, aim for an internal temperature of 130 to 135 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • You can add a splash of Worcestershire sauce with the oil for extra flavor.
