Description
A quick method for cooking salmon fillets in an air fryer until flaky.
Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
- Brush both sides of the salmon with olive oil.
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mix evenly over the top side of each fillet.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, seasoned side up, ensuring they do not overlap.
- Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
Notes
- For thicker fillets, you may need an extra 1-2 minutes of cooking time.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the cooked salmon before eating for added flavor.
