Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  2. Brush both sides of the fillets with olive oil.
  3. In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Sprinkle the seasoning mix evenly over the top side of each fillet.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, seasoned side up, ensuring they do not overlap.
  7. Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For thicker fillets, you may need to add 1-2 minutes to the cooking time.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the cooked salmon before serving for added flavor.
