Description

A simple recipe for cooking tender and juicy pork tenderloin using an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Rub the olive oil over the entire surface of the pork tenderloin.
  4. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the pork, pressing lightly so it adheres.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit (195 degrees Celsius).
  6. Place the seasoned pork tenderloin in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping the tenderloin halfway through the cooking time.
  8. Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer; it should read 145 degrees Fahrenheit (63 degrees Celsius) at the thickest part.
  9. Remove the pork from the air fryer and let it rest on a cutting board for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • For best results, use a tenderloin of uniform thickness.
