Description
A simple recipe for cooking tender and juicy pork tenderloin using an air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound pork tenderloin
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Rub the olive oil over the entire surface of the pork tenderloin.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the pork, pressing lightly so it adheres.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit (195 degrees Celsius).
- Place the seasoned pork tenderloin in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping the tenderloin halfway through the cooking time.
- Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer; it should read 145 degrees Fahrenheit (63 degrees Celsius) at the thickest part.
- Remove the pork from the air fryer and let it rest on a cutting board for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For best results, use a tenderloin of uniform thickness.
- If your tenderloin is very thin, reduce the cooking time slightly.
