Description
A simple recipe for cooking a small meatloaf in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 small egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup (for topping)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently until just combined; do not overmix.
- Shape the mixture into a small loaf shape that fits comfortably in your air fryer basket.
- Place the meatloaf in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
- Brush the top of the meatloaf with the ketchup.
- Continue to air fry for another 5 to 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- If your meatloaf is very thick, you may need to add a few extra minutes to the cooking time.
- Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness.
